Got back last night from our weekend in New York City. Saw the Teenage Jesus & the Jerks reunion, which was epic and sort of unbelievable, the music, the obnoxious people, the vibe, Information etc. Also saw Mission of Burma which was an easier to quantify kind of great.

Ate some good food (though mostly Holly had better food then I did), got see my aunt and cousins, wandered around Central Park w/ Jo and Kara, had some hilariously over-priced drinks, stayed at the Chelsea Hotel, which in itself was strange & great, visited the Strand, Other Music and MoMA. All in all a successful vacation.

Came home and my record shelves had collapsed sometime over the weekend.
